Table Olives

Viñaoliva and its members harvest an annual average of 15 to 20 million kgs of table olives.

The main varity is Carrasqueña, while other such as Verdiales, Pico Limón and Hojiblanca are also present.

The co-operative’s main advantage is its vertical production, which begins with the members’ care of the fruit, followed by freshness when it is picked and then its rapid preparation. That means that the olives are treated when perfectly fresh.

Once the different sizes have been calibrated, customers can choose between a bulk product (in tanks or canisters) or a finshed product in different formats.

The result of the whole process is a high-quality product that reflects the work of all the employees and members of our organisation.
